The Service Catalog 17.1 installer requires SQL Server "sa" access. We do not have access to the "sa" account. How can we install Service Catalog 17.1 because when we try to use a different account, it gives an error saying that the "sa" account must be used.

Please contact CA Support for a fix for this which will enable you to use a non-sa SQL login for the 17.1 Service Catalog installation.
