When using the CA Service Management mobile application, an error may be seen like "The resource you requested was not found on the server" or "Not Found" and you will be unable to progress.
Errors like below might show up in NX_ROOT/bopcfg/www/CATALINA_BASE_REST/logs/*.log indicating that the mentioned resource is not available on the web server.

Log into Service Desk Manager URL and access the Administration tab. Go to "Options Manager" and search for the option "rest_webservice_resources_to_expose" under the "Web Service" section. If this option is installed, de-install it. Recycle the Service Desk Manager application for the change to be completed.
