The Resource management and Project Management reports are coming back as blank after upgraded to 14.4

Issue:
After upgrade to 14.4, the Resource Management reports and Investment Management reports are generated with blank reports. The reports continues to be blank even after running the required DWH jobs and PPM jobs like Load DWH, Time Slicing, Datamart jobs.

Cause:
As part of eliminating the unused Time Slice periods in DWH to enhance the performance, there are new DWH configuration options introduced as part of 14.4 release. The new configuration will help reduce the number of fact records stored which in turn will improve the processing time for populating the data. These options will have to be enabled for the Resource and Investment management reports to show data if the facts are used.

Resolution:
To enable the v14.4 introduced DWH configuration, navigate to Administration -->  General Settings --> System Options --> Data Warehouse Options. Please go through the below description of each configuration and enable them as per your system configuration

Store Weekly Time Increments?
Specifies if you want to look at the data by week. If this option is selected, facts are loaded in weekly increments.

Store Monthly Time Increments?
Specifies if you want to look at the data by months. If this option is selected, facts are loaded in monthly increments.

Store Fiscal Time Increments?
Specifies if you want to look at the data by fiscal time periods. If this option is selected, facts are loaded in fiscal time periods. The fiscal time period is determined by the value set in the Entity for Fiscal Periods field.

One Set of Fiscal Periods?
Specifies if the fiscal time period dates are consistent across the entities.

Disable Resource Security for Reporting?
Specifies if you want to exclude the resource security for reporting purpose. Select this option if you do not care about resource security for reporting.

Disable Investment Security for Reporting?
Specifies if you want to exclude investment security for reporting purpose. Select this option if you do not care about investment security for reporting.

Once the required boxes are checked, save the changes and run the Load DWH job.
