"The Report was completed successfully - No Records was returned"

CABI is installed on a separated Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. When running reports from the SOI dashboard, get a logon screen from InfoView. But when running an SOI report gets the message "The Report was completed successfully - No Records were returned".



Check that when you launch the report you are not logged in as the Enterprise 'Administrator' user account. You need to logon to Infoview with a user that have been added in the SOI Console (you cannot use samuser or Administrator) -> Document List -> Public Folders -> CA Reports -> Detailed Report, and run a report like 'Service:Availability' (right click and choose View).
