After upgrading our UIM and UMP installation to 9.0.2 we see that there is a new queue called group_info on the Primary Hub. This queue is filling up and is not being emptied.
UIM/UMP 9.0.2
This is a queue that is related to axagateway but it's not supposed to be enabled by default. This will be corrected in a future release of UMP.

For now we can work around the issue as follows:

1. Navigate to the Raw Configure interface of WASP probe > setup section on the UMP wasp probe.
2. Add the configuration key is_Group_Info_Publish and set the value as False.
3. Save the configuration and restart the wasp probe.

note: this config key/value is case sensitive.

This will stop the messages from going into this queue.

You can remove this queue entirely by opening the GUI for the "hub" probe, then navigate to "Queues."  Locate the group_info queue here and delete it.

This is now resolved in UMP902HF1 downloadable from here
note:  The UMP 9.02HF1 only sets the is_Group_Info_Publish key value to False when installed.  If the group_info queue contains messages before upgrading to UMP 9.02HF1, you can either delete this queue as specified above or you can empty the messages from the queue by opening the GUI for the "hub" probe, then navigate to "Status".  Locate the group_info queue here, right-click and select Empty.  The queue will remain yellow since no probe is reading it, but it will remain empty since the UMP will not publish the group info messages,
