Description :The metrics "Usage Diagnostic - Disks > service ratio (%)"and "Disk activity (physical) - Specific > disk read/write ratio (%)" can be higher than 100% on Windows

Root Cause: The counter % Service Ratio is based on the counter % Disk Time retrieved from Perfmon on Windows.
The %Disk Time attribute can have a value greater than 100 percent. Some more relative counters/attributes to use for disk performance are % Idle Time and Avg Disk Queue Length.
Resolution:
You can modify the default definition of the counter Usage Diagnostic - Disks > service ratio (%) modifying this line on the sldrmd.ini file:
