Why does the logged in user display as "Undefined" in PPM, after upgrading to the latest version?
The cache may have become corrupted after upgrading. To resolve this, you will need to flush the browser and application cache by performing the following steps:
Clear the browser cache
Clear the CA PPM Server Cache
Login to CA PPM as an admin user
Modify the URL field to http://<svr>/niku/nu#action:security.caches
Click Caches tab and click FLUSH ALL button
Click Groups tab and click FLUSH ALL button
Restart CA PPM app services
