Description:

The KTD_DURATION field is empty/blank/null value after installing the option "kpi_ticket_data_table". The KPI daemon is enabled and data is being collected, however the KTD_DURATION field is empty.

Solution:

The KTD_DURATION or PREV_TIME fields being empty is a known problem.

Open a ticket with CA Support and mention problem # USRD 2831 - DURATION NOT UPDATED IN KPI TICKET DATA TABLE.
