Environment:
NFA 9.3.x
Cause:
Issue of IfType/IfIndexing
Resolution:
Please follow all Steps from https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/iftype-rejection-in-nfa-93-and-936-and-cleanup-procedure/kb000003971 

Then after execute the steps from the document, please follow this other steps ( Replace the 'Router_IP' by your Device IP)

On the NFA Console GUI.

1/ Delete the Router.

2/ Then stop the services CA NFA Harvester/CA NFA Reaper/CA NFA Poller

3/ On the NFA Console.

mysql -P 3308 reporter
delete from agent_definitions_deleted where routeraddress=inet_aton('Router_IP');
delete from routers where routerAddress=inet_aton('Router_IP');

4/ Recycle the NFA Console services
So restart the CA Mysql on the console.

5/ On the Harvester...

mysql –P 3308 harvester
delete from routers where router=inet_aton('Router_IP');
delete from interfaces where router=inet_aton('Router_IP');

6/ Cleanup Poller ...

delete from poller.interfaces_snmp where routerid in (select id from routers where address = 'Router_IP');
delete from poller.persistent_map where routerid in (select id from routers where address='Router_IP');
delete from poller.routers_snmp where routerid in (select id from routers where address='Router_IP');
delete from poller.routers where address='Router_IP';

7/ Recycle the Harvester services again
