Environment:
CA Directory 12.0 SP18Windows 2008 R2
Cause:

This problem is caused by JRE 1.7 misconfiguration or installation problem

Resolution:

1) About Internet Explorer Browser:

DXmanager and JXweb support Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8.

If you use Internet Explorer 9, run it in Internet Explorer 8 Browser Mode.

You must also enable JavaScript in your Internet browser.

2) Check if you have JRE 1.7 installed ( 64bits AND 32bits )

2.1) Run <JRE_installation_path>\bin\javacpl.exe

2.2) Click "Advanced" tab, and expand "Default Java for browsers"

2.3) Check that "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is selected
