The [Details] tab does not appear of the specific managed server in the right pane of CA Virtual Assurance GUI of [Resource] - [Explore] - server.
It appears when login with the VAIM "admin" account.
Add the non-admin account from the CA Virtual Assurance GUI
Administration > User Group > select specific user group
- Right pane > Privileges > Resource Management > check "View System Status"
save it and re-login
