The default UMP administrative account is no longer working. How can I reset it.

Question:
The default administrator user account is no longer working to login to UMP.
I can not loginĀ  or the user is some how corrupt. How can I get this corrected?
Answer:

Basically what needs to be done here is that the default Liferay 'administrator' account needs to be deleted in the UMP Liferay Control Panel by another NMS account which has the "Portal Administration" ACL permission set in Infrastructure Manager User Administration.

The next time the user logs in as administrator, this should be added back automatically by our code with the default typical settings so that it should work and look normally again.
