The Date sorting in the CA Spectrum WebClient is not in chronological order when using Google Chrome. Alarms from the same 12h timeframe are out of order.

Problem:

When using Google Chrome and sorting alarms in the WebClient by the Date column, the alarms are not in chronological order.

Cause:

There was a bug in the code sorting mechanism for Google Chrome.

Solution:

The workaround is to use either FireFox or Internet Explorer.

If you are running CA Spectrum version 10.1.1 CA has created PTF Spectrum_10.01.01.PTF_10.1.132 for this issue.  This is a OneClick only patch.

The code fix is tentatively scheduled to be fixed in 10.2.
