The Compliance Audit Report is getting stuck at 5 Percent.

Issue:
The CA Data Protection iConsole Report "Compliance Audit Report" (CAR) can get stuck at 5% and eventually times out.
Environment:
CA Data Protection 15.2 Reports running on MS SQL
Cause:
This issue is only encountered in high volume environments.  The search/report is pulling back many more rows from the MS SQL Database than expected (Millions rather than thousands).
Resolution:
CA has carried out the best tuning possible for this report and released FIX:SO03842 (Incorporating Reports_15.20_HF0181.)

It can still take 5 minutes to run the report, however it does complete.
