The Compliance Audit Report is getting stuck at 5 Percent.

Issue:
The CA Data Protection iConsole Report "Compliance Audit Report" (CAR) can get stuck at 5% and eventually times out.
Environment:
CA Data Protection 15.2 Reports running on MS SQL
Cause:
This issue is only encountered in high volume environments.  The search/report is pulling back many more rows from the MS SQL Database than expected (Millions rather than thousands).
Resolution:
CA has carried out the best tuning possible for this report and released FIX:SO05149 (incorporating Reports_15.20_HF0189.msp)

This hotfix resolves the performance issue with this reports and displays the results faster. However, it should be noted that it can still take 5 minutes to run the report, however it does complete.  For further performance improvement when there is a huge database, we recommend database partitioning.
