The CA Spectrum OneClick WebClient does not show alarms for all Global Collections

Issue:

When launching the CA Spectrum OneClick WebClient view and selecting Global Collections, no alarms show in the Alarm view.

Cause:

This is due to the UniqueKey attribute (0x12e56) having a space in the value.  Before the UniqueKey attribute generated a unique value with numbers and dashes, it originally used the name of the global collection.  If the name of the global collection had a space, the UniqueKey value would also have a space. The WebClient architecture was not designed to handle the space in the UniqueKey value.

Resolution:

This has been resolved in patch Spectrum_10.01.00.PTF_10.1.0.101 for version 10.01.00.01.  Please contact CA Support to obtain this patch.

This is tentatively scheduled to be fixed in CA Spectrum 10.2.

Additional Information:

You can manually update the UniqueKey attribute and remove the spaces...Within about 30 seconds the WebClient will update and show the alarms.
