The CA Automic Analytics Agent does not start

Introduction:
The CA Automic Analytics Agent (AI) does not start or stops after a few minutes

AWI Dashboards show an error like below when opening:

A service exception was raised: 
java.lang.RuntimeException: Connect to localhost:<port> [<hostname>/<ipv4>, <hostname>/<ipv6>] failed: Connection refused: connect 

For example when installed locally:
A service exception was raised: 
java.lang.RuntimeException: Connect to localhost:8095 [localhost/127.0.0.1, localhost/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] failed: Connection refused: connect 

Error message:
U00034036 There is no valid license for Agent 'IA' (license class '1', license category 'Production', platform 'EX.SVC.IA').

Instructions:
Note that since AWA v12.1 Analysics is based on an agent of type AI that needs a license.  

Please contact Customer Assistance  and ask for an updated license that contains this free technical license for the number of AI processes that you are running.
