Resolution:
stop the agent.
save a copy of the webspheremq.pbd
modify the file webspheremq.pbd as follows:
#TurnOn: MQJMSmqMessageConsumer

If disabling of the tracer is not a viable option, then we can disable the WARN messages as follows:
Edit the agent profile as follows:
log4j.logger.IntroscopeAgent=ERROR, logfile
This should stop logging the WARN messages. We can ignore this WARN message.
