Using AWA, User experiences an authorization error when attempting to log in:
U00003234 Logon error: Access denied.
If User waits approximately 10 minutes, log in is then successful.
Any with domain controllers for authentication.
Noted on Automation Engine version:
This issue is not specific to the AE version, however.
All domain controllers were rebooted, which resolved the issue in this case. The command:
true | openssl s_client -connect maindcXXX.main.ad.xxx.xx:636 | openssl x509 -noout -text | grep DNS
done against all controllers report back the correct information. No issues logging in have been reported after reboot.
