Question:

I need to disable the SYSVIEW global user exits.  How can I do this with version 14.1?

Answer:

You can dynamically disable the CICS Global User Exits by performing the CCONFIG command from Sysview, and specifying NO for the following parms:

TRANSACTION-DATA
TRANSACTION-DATA-DB2
TRANSACTION-DATA-DLI
TRANSACTION-DATA-EXECCICS
TRANSACTION-DATA-FILES
TRANSACTION-DATA-PROGRAMS
TRANSACTION-DATA-RSCEMGR
TRANSACTION-DATA-TEMPSTG
TRANSACTION-DATA-TDATA
TRANSACTION-DATA-WEBMQ

You can also control this from the Sysview CICSOPTS parmlib member to cover you when you start/cycle Sysview and the Sysview CICS Data Collector, as the parmlib member is read at startup.
