SYSTEM DOWN - Unable to bring CA APM online

Our Webview service stopped working.  We attempted to stop the Webview service but it would not stop.  We need to restart it to bring the Webview back up.

All supported APM versions
Since in this situation, the OS was Linux, you can issue the following command:
  ps -ef | grep java

Important: You may want your Linux admin to perform the next step as it involves an administrative task.

Search for Webview lax and note the process id and then issue the following command:
kill -9 <process id>

To further investigate why this happened.  The best way to find the root cause would be: 
1. Webview log 
2. MOM log - if MOM and Webview and MOM are on the same server. 
3. System logs to see if anything may have contributed to this or give an indication of what may be going on. 

If this does occur again, and if you have the option to do this, then take thread dumps on the Webview process prior to killing the process and rebooting the server.
