Question:

After applying CA JMR r4.6 0309 you are required to code SYSIDOF=74 in PK46POTN and that BLDINDX be run to rebuild the index file.

Doing this ensures correct SMFID display. Not updating the SYSIDOF parameter and rebuilding the index will cause a truncated SMFID to appear in SYSTEM column of the display. See the following example of an incorrect display for MOMYO02C:

ex:

CMD JOBNAME JOBNO DATE TIME SYSTEM ERROR HIGHEST MOMYO02 10052 03/03/06 01:01:20 XE10 0000 MOMYO02C 10098 03/03/06 18:26:28 XE1 0000
Environment:
z/OS
Answer:

If you have not SYSIDOF parms in the PK46OPTN, you must define SYSIDOF=74 in PK46OPTN.

Also, if you have old daily file made by 0206 level, if need were you should need rebuild the index file by BLDINDX of SP03.
