System Agent does not start when SAP plugin is installed and error message found in agent logs is:
STATE SUBERROR Failed Cmpc(101) Status(Error) LStatus(Connecting - Unexpected
Problem: Could not initialize class com.sap.mw.jco.JCO) SetEnd
- The agent's package is not supplied with JCO and you have to get it from your SAP vendor or any other available for your Company sources.
Log in to SAP Service Marketplace: http://service.sap.com/connectors
- Navigate to SAP Java Connector, Tools & Services.
The JCo version should comply with the agent's Release Notes requirements
- The bit range of the libraries must match the one of the agent, i.e. 64-bit agent would require 64-bit JCo, while 32-bit agent - 32-bit JCo.
- Install these files librfccm* and libsapjcorfc.* in directory <install-dir>/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/SystemAgent/WA_AGENT
- Restart the agent
