When Employee users receives an email link for Support Automation (SA), it does not bring up the SA console and results in an error - Sorry, It was not possible to launch Support Automation Client (USER_NOT_LICENSED)
- Log into Servicedesk as Administrator.
- Click the Administrator Tab.
- Expand Security and Role management.
- Select Access types.
- Select Employee.
- Click edit.
- Check YES the check-box LICENSED.
- Save it.
After performing the above steps, when the user clicks on the Support Automation Email Link, the error will not appear.
