You just need to update the Harvester IP address in the Admin->Harvesters page for a 2-tier after the IP change.
If the IP of the Harvester or NFM has changed and the system status page is still showing the old IPs, please implement the following change (note that the
new IPs will be placed into this page automatically). Enter the following 3 lines at a command line prompt on the RA server (where the old.ip.of.nfm is the
old IP address of the NFM and the old.ip.of.harvester is the old IP address of the harvester):
delete from nfm_status where address=('old.ip.of.nfm');
delete from harvester_status where address=('old.ip.of.harvester');
