What are the steps to download the files uploaded by CA team on a support case?
Follow the below steps to download the files from the support site uploaded by CA team.
1. Open support.ca.com website and log in using user credentials
2. Go to Case Management
3. Click View cases
4. In the search window, enter case number in Case # field
5. In search results, click on the case number hyperlink, the case details view appears.
6. Click File attachments
7. Click on the link 'File Transfer Using The Thin Client'.
8. In the new window, click on the 'Files From CA' and then choose the file and click on the Download link.
