Start Coracleanup not possible

I installed coracleanup by APPLYPTF for T5N6346_SD.jcl. 
I created a directory D:\CA\SC\bin\java copied the jar files to this directory and defined JAVA_HOME as 
D:\CA\SC. The new directory to avoid blanks in a directory name. Whatever I try, I always get the error message 
'D:\CA\SC\bin\java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file. 
Why is the directory name interpreted as command, program or batch?

To run coracleanup you must set a system variable called JAVA_HOME. 
Please set it to ""C:\PROGRA~2\CA\SC\JRE\1.7.0_10"". Assuming you have installed Servicedesk in the default directory. Set this WITH the double quotes! (system/advanced settings) 

Then open a new command line box and navigate to: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bin 

From here run coracleanup.
