What do I do if I get the following error while Staging to a Scalability Server?
CA Client Automation - All Versions
This can mean that the Agent was deleted or there is a Problem with the Scalability Server.
The two possible solutions:
1. Check under All Computers to see if there is an agent that matches the name of the Scalability Server.
2. Under the Scalability section add the Last Collections Tab
Right Click on the Title Section and select Last Collection
Once you add the column, you will see something similar.
Now sort by the Last Collection column, if the Last Collection date is older then Today's Date,
then there might be an issue with that Scalablity, so either don't Stage to that server OR figure out what is wrong with that Server.
Possible Causes and Solutions
1. Problem with the Agent
2. Duplicate Scalability Servers(delete the one with the oldest Collection date)
3. Check the Engine Collection to see if it is Failing there?
If so, check connections (Caf ping, camping , is CAF running on SS)
4. Put in a Support Issue.
