SQL statements to create additional CPa

Introduction:
In CA Automation Engine Version 12.0.5, by default 5 CP-Tables are created. If you want to add more CPs, you have to create the tables for these CPs manually by SQL-Statements.
Instructions:
Oracle: The statement is for CP006. If you need more, please adapt the statement accordingly.
