SQL server integration with DevTest throws error "Cannot open database login failed"

Issue:
Configured dradis.properties for SQL SERVER Database with integrated security. When you try to start the ED, getting the below error

Environment:
All Supported DevTest environments 
Cause:
User did not have DBA privileges. 
Resolution:
When setting the MQ SQL Connections in the dradis.properties file for the Enterprise Dashboard, the USER to start the Enterprise Dashboard must have DBA priviledge the first time the tables are created.
