Issue:
Sporadic 500 internal server errors for Session Assurance redirects. What is 1 step you can do out of many?.
Resolution:
-If you have an F5 or another type of load balancer, you can ask the F5 admin if the configuration for these F5 LB's already have "sticky bit" sessions enabled in your Sps/Ca Access Gateway with session assurance environment.
-If "sticky bit" sessions is not enabled, enable sticky bits
-This has solved the 500 error in other environments
