Spectrumgtw is no longer syncing inventory with Spectrum

Issue:
Connection test to Spectrum from the spectrumgtw probe Configure page in Admin Console succeeds, but a full inventory sync fails.

Error seen in the spectrumgtw.log file:

Cause:
The wrong set of UIM probes were deployed for the UIM integration with CA Spectrum 10.3.
Resolution:
Required set of UIM probes for integration with CA Spectrum 10.3:

Primary hub:
nas:  9.00
ems:  10.17
maintenance_mode:  8.53
spectrumgtw:  8.66
Spectrum UIM Service:  8.66

UMP robots:
nisapi_wasp:  8.51

Upgraded the UIM probes which were at the wrong version level.  Also replaced the nas 9.00 probe with the nas 9.00HF4 release to take advantage of the latest set of fixes available for this probe.

Deactivated the spectrumgtw and ems probes, deleted the spectrumgtw\cache and ems\db directories and their contents, then activated the ems then the spectrumgtw probes to reset alarm and inventory synchronization.
