Spectrum Web Client users cannot see Alarm Filters

ISSUE:  Some Spectrum Web Client users cannot see any Alarm Filters. Investigation shows the Alarm Filters they cannot see are the ones configured for the User Group the User model is associated with. User can see their own custom Alarm Filters but cannot see the User Group Alarm Filters.


RESOLUTION: This issue is scheduled to be address in Spectrum No projected release date at the time of the posting of this knowledge document.
