ISSUE:  After installing the Spectrum Secure Domain Connector on Linux, the SdmConnectorService.exe process is not starting on system restart. No log file to indicate why the SdmConnectorService.exe process failed to start.

CAUSE:  Run "SdmConnectorService.exe --start" from the command line as the root user. By default, the SdmConnectorService.exe is installed in the /opt/CA/SDMConnector/bin on Linux. For this instance, when "SdmConnectorService.exe --start" was run from the command line as the root user, the error stated it could not find the libWrappers.so.1 file which should be located in the /opt/CA/SDMConnector/bin directory.

RESOLUTION:  If missing a file like the libWrappers.so.1 file, reinstall the Spectrum Secure Domain Connector and verify the file is installed or, if you have another Spectrum Secure Domain Connector of the same version installed on Linux, copy the file from one system to the other.
