Description:

A SPECTRUM Report Manager scheduled report can fail with this error because File System Destination is not set for CrystalReportsJobServer.

To set the File System Destination for CrystalReportsJobServer:

  1. Launch Business Objects Central Management Console from OneClick Administration page -> Administration -> Report Manager -> Report Manager Admin Tools -> Business Objects Administration (CMC)

  2. Log in as Administrator

  3. Click Servers.

  4. Select CrystalReportsJobServer, click Action, and select Destination menu item.

  5. Select File System in the Destination field and click Add.

  6. Click Save & Close button.
