ISSUE

After upgrading from a pre 09.03.00.H02 version of Spectrum to 09.03.00.H02 or greater or 09.04.00.00 or greater, OneClick users are automatically getting logged out of OneClick with the following message even though the client timeout value is set to zero:

Mar 23, 2015 4:33:53 AM - SPC-OCA-10603: User spectrum has been logged off from host 192.168.2.100 (IP_Address) because its web server session timed out. This means the web server has not received a request from the OneClick client in 3 minute(s). Possible causes: the client process was killed, the client process is hung, or a network problem is preventing access to the web server.

ROOT CAUSE:

There were OneClick client communication fixes that went into Spectrum 09.03.00.H02 or greater and 09.04.00.00 or greater that required users to clear the jre cache on the client machine. Not clearing the jre cache could result in the above mentioned issue.

RESOLUTION:

Have users clear the jre cache on the client machine and then log back into OneClick.
