The resolution was to reset the Location Server in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/server.xml file on the OneClick system to point to the same Main Location Server used by the all the other systems in the Distribute SpectroSERVER environment. This can be done by either


1. Modifying the value tag for the locServerName in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/server.xml file and then restarting tomcat


2. Login to the OneClick url as an ADMIN user, click on the Administration link, click on the SPECTRUM Configuration link, change the value for the Main Location Server Name, click on the Save button and then click on the Restart OneClick Server button.

Causes of this problem:
For this particular issue, the cause was the OneClick system was pointing to the Secondary SpectroSERVER as the Location Server in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/server.xml file.
