Spectrum OneClick console will not open

After installing the most recent hotfix the following error was seen when opening the OneClick console;

Clearing the java cache resolves this issue. Follow these steps to clear the java cache:

  1. Start a command prompt

  2. Type the following command: javaws -viewer (this brings up the java cache viewer)

  3. Under the "Application" column you will see "CA Spectrum OneClick console " entries (at least one and maybe more)

  4. Click each one and click the red X at the top of the java cache viewer screen

  5. Once complete, click close to exit the java cache viewer and OK to exit the java console

You will now be able to launch the OneClick console.
