SPECTRUM legacy Alarm Manager showing alarms as Stale but OneClick does not (Legacy KB ID CNC TS31699 )

Performed the following steps to clear up possible database corruption:


1. Shutdown the SpectroSERVER
2. Open a terminal or bash shell
3. cd to the $SPECROOT/SS directory
4. Enter the following command to create a models only save of the existing database


../SS-Tools/SSdbsave -m models_only


5. Enter the following command to re-initialize the database catalog


../SS-Tools/SSdbload -il legacy.SSdb


6. Enter the following command to load the models only database save created in step 4


../SS-Tools/SSdbload -m models_only.SSdb


7. Start the SpectroSERVER
8. Verify the alarms no longer exist

SPECTRUM 08.01.00.00
Stale Alarms
OneClick shows the device in a Critical Condition but user is able to communicate icmp and snmp from SPECTRUM.
OneClick Alarms tab does not show the alarm as a Stale alarm
Legacy Alarm Manager shows the alarm as a Stale alarm

Causes of this problem:
Possible SPECTRUM database corruption
