Introduction:
 I have Spectrum integrated with Performance Management, as a data source. 
 If I go to groups, in CAPC and drill in on the spectrum data source I can see all the devices under all devices.
 But when I drill into the groups, which were synced from the Spectrum global collections, I see all the collections but no devices in the CAPC groups. The groups do exist in Spectrum, in sub groups and network objects, beneath the global collections.  Should these global collections show devices within CAPC?
Question:
Why are my Spectrum devices not showing up in the groups that were synced over from Spectrum, to CAPC?
Environment:
CA Performance Management - All Version
Answer:
CA Performance Management syncs over global collections from Spectrum, as groups, in the Performance Center hierarchy of groups, but it does not sync sub groups or containers within the global collections.

You would need to have the devices included in the global collection itself, and not in a sub container, for them to be included in these groups in Performance Center.
