SPECTRUM 9.0/SP001 install failed on Linux extracting files from the install media (Legacy KB ID CNC TS31191 )

Copied the install.bin from a known good 09.00.00.00  install to the customer system and reran the SPECTRUM 09.00.01.001 install successfully.

Causes of this problem:
The issue was a corrupt install.bin on the customer system. The SPECTRUM 09.00.01.001 install uses the install.bin from the original SPECTRUM 09.00.00.00 install. A sum on the customer install.bin file showed 62647 58336. A sum on the install.bin from a known good 09.00.00.00 install was 06305 58336.
