Copying jvm.dll from running SPECTRUM 9.1 into $SPECROOT/win32app/SPECTRUM/Java/jre/bin/server directory will resolve the problem
SpectroSERVER cannot start after upgrade to SPECTRUM 9.1
Error: "ERROR at CsCorbaMgr.cc(1077): An CORBA exception occured creating the root naming context: Exception: CORBA::TIMEOUT"
Error: "WILL NOT START AUTORESTARTED PART NAMINGSERVICE BECAUSE WE EXCEEDED THE RETRY LIMIT!"
Error: "Error loading: E:/win32app/SPECTRUM/Java/jre/bin/server/jvm.dll"
Error: "nameserv.exe is not running"
Causes of this problem:
$SPECROOT/Java/jre/bin/server/jvm.dll file is missing or cannot be found
Changes affecting this problem:
Upgrade to SPECTRUM 9.1
