Issue:
After Installing 10.2.1 Spectro Server does not start
Error:
Problem with extracting / launching the SS install ticket: No such file or directory:
Environment:
Spectrum 10.2.x
Cause:
When compared with working ss.idb file a new entry got added

ss.idb file is located in

Windows:
%SPECROOT%\lib\SDPM\partslist
$SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/partslist.

LOGBACKUPMAX;10;

 
Resolution:
suggested client to open ss.idb file

It is located in
Windows:
%SPECROOT%\lib\SDPM\partslist
Linux :
$SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/partslist.
