|Letters with accents (special characters like "é", "ã", "á") are not being displayed properly in Xtraction.|
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In CA Service Desk Manager, create a record with special character (for example, a contact called José)
2. Create one or more incident/request using this record (for example, a incident where José is the assignee or the affected end user).
3. In Xtraction, create a dashboard and drag any Group Component (Pie, Bars, etc.) using the field in which the record is used (for example, assignee or affected end user).
4. You will see that the component shows the number of records correctly, but the label will have the letter missing (showing only Jos)

Xtraction Support has indicated that the solution to this issue will be included in the Xtraction 2018.1 release.
Unfortunately, there is no firm date as to when Xtraction 2018.1 will be available.
Once Xtraction 2018.1 is available, it will need to be certified with CA Service Desk Manager.
