When clicking on the "more" link in the Component Detail > Alarm Details tab, he sees the following repeating error:
SPC-OCC-10282: The event does not exist in the database.
One reason for the SPC-OCC-10282 message is that the event that caused the alarm is no longer available and/or not stored in the historical archive event database, at least by default.
If not stored by default, you could choose to store this event in the History database by finding the cause code (you may need to add the column) in Alarm window, then opening the Event Configuration, add the cause code column there and type the cause code in the search at the bottom of the Event Configuration dialog. After finding the event, you can then click to select the "Store Event in Historical Database" option on the Event Options tab. Please note that this will increment the size of the Event Historical Database (DDMdb).
