After upgrade to Spectrum 9.4.3 or Spectrum 10, Southbound Gateway (e.g. Event Admin model) doesn't forward trap event/alarm to target device. Before upgrade Southbound Gateway was working properly. It affects local target device models as well as remote device models. This problem affected remote devices models too, although SBG_AlertForwardingEnabled attribute on the Southbound Gateway model has been set to 'Yes'.

Here is an example of EventAdmin AlertMap that is used. Event variable 8 will be populated with IP address value so that Southbound Gateway model sends the trap event to the target device model which has the IP address. 0xfff40000 \

Event 0x3dc0000 with the following event message was raised when trap was received on the EventAdmin model (if Events tab is opened on OneClick Console while the trap is being received).
