Issue Some icons do not display in Internet Explorer versions 9, 10 and 11 due to a custom security setting in the browser.
If the "Font download" option is disabled in the browser custom security settings, the icons and pictofonts used in Rally do not display. Browser security settings are managed either by individual users, or most often, by internal IT departments. If you are experiencing issues with missing icons while using Internet Explorer, we recommend reaching out to your internal IT department to inquire about enabling the "Font download" setting.?
Another option, in place of enabling "Font Download", is to ask your IT department to add rally1.rallydev.com and us1.rallydev.com to the list of trusted sites which has been successful for other customers previously experiencing missing icons.?
