During the change from Daylight Saving Time (DST) to Standard Time some CEM data for "repeated" hour (for example 1am EDT and 1am EST) will not be aggregated. This data will then be not visible in CEM UI even through non-aggregated data may be present and visible. This impacts up to 2 hours of data in case Oracle is the APM DB and up to one hour of data in case of Postgres. This impacts hourly data. Note that daily, weekly and monthly statistic reports should be correct.
Issue frequency and its impact:
This issue happens only once a year, when DST ends, and impacts only 1 or 2 hours of hourly data (Note daily, weekly and monthly statistic reports should not be impacted.) .
This issue impacts all customers running APM cluster in time zone with DST.
This issue does not have a workaround currently. Please contact CA Technologies Support if the issue occurs.
