SOAP Invocation error - BMC Remedy Web service
We are using CA PAM to open tickets in BMC Remedy using its web service to perform this action.
Until, April we test it on our PAM environment with success.
But since then our process stopped working causing that all processes are getting blocked.
We are getting the following error in all processes:
SOAP invocation failed:
Message send failed
On the IT PAM server using SOAPUI, I get a successful response to my request and in IT PAM, using our request as a inline text I get the java error (to avoid any issues e.g. Firewall).
On soapUI We can load all methods from the webservice, but on PAM we cannot load them.

Issue resolved after upgrading Java to 1.8 update 77
NOTE: Don’t go all the way to update 161 as other issue could be introduced unless they are going to upgrade Proc Auto to 4.3 SP02 CP03.
