Support will need at least the three following items to create a device certification request:
1. CUSTOMER DETAILS
UIM Support will need customer details like contact information, device model, etc.
Fill out the 'Information_Needed.txt' file in the zip.
2. SAPWALK UTILITY OUTPUT
Open the SAPWALK UTILITY folder to run the utility.
There will be a version for Windows (the zip file), Solaris, and Linux 32 and 64 bit.
Check out the readme file for instructions on how to actually run the utility. Please start the walk at the 22.214.171.124 OID value to ensure that all required information is gathered.

3. MetricsToMonitor spreadsheet filled out
Open the MetricsToMonitor.xlsx file in TEC1355707.zip and fill out the corresponding fields.
This includes device specific information like OIDs, Object Name, etc.
Once you have the above information/files prepared, attach them to your Support Ticket.
The UIM Support Device Cert team will review this and let you know if any additional information is required.
