This article will provide the Object ids for each id used in APM 9.1.x


The Enterprise Manager can send SNMP traps to configured SNMPmanagers/ listeners when alerts are triggered and a SNMP Alert action has been configured for that alert. To configure these alerts, please refer to "Configuring the SNMP Adapter" section of the APM Configuration and Administration Guide. SNMP traps use fixed unique Object IDs (OID) and they are translated with the following SNMP OID prefix: "" The SNMP Alert Action trap OIDs are described below.

  1. timestampOID Alert triggered time
  2. sourcehostOID EM host on which alert is triggered
  3. ipOID EM IP address
  4. messageOID Alert message
  5. domainOID Agent domain
  6. hostOID Agent host
  7. processOID Agent process
  8. agentOID Agent name
  9. metricOID Metric attribute URL
  10. valueOID Current metric value
  11. dashboardUrlOID Dashboard URL configured for SNMP alert action
  12. thresholdOID Alert threshold value
  13. enableIntegrationOID Value is 1
  14. additionalMetricsOID Yes / No Yes = simple alert has additional metrics
  15. versionOID Version of SNMP alert action
  16. statusOID Current alert status
  17. fullTimestampOID Alert triggered time uses year and timezone format
  18. alert Type OID Type of alert
  19. alerted Component OID Triage map component
  20. alerted Component ID OID Triage map component ID
  21. alerted Component Name OID Triage map component name
  22. alertName OID Name of the alert
  23. emHOSTOID EM host

Please note that oid's 18 and 19 have been omitted above as they are intentionally not used by APM and these oid's do not appear in sequential order (Typically 15 and 16 are seen first.)
